We've meticulously designed Pegasus Express Baggage's kiosk screens with a uniform and user-friendly arc design, ensuring passengers an effortless experience.

Problem

The navigation

The initial setup of our Arc and Kiosk System led to issues such as travelers missing kiosks and arcs, causing confusion and long lines. Users often didn't realize their baggage process was incomplete, leading to delays and frustration. The system's lack of clarity and efficiency complicated airport experiences.

Solution

Restoration of hierarchy and layout

In response to user issues with misaligned buttons on kiosk screens, we undertook a comprehensive enhancement initiative. By introducing a hidden grid layout, we improved the user experience and prevented accidental session continuity. We enhanced navigation, added a progress bar for tracking, and streamlined the visual design for improved user-friendliness and efficiency, ultimately elevating the traveler's experience.

Our journey had its share of challenges, like adapting to changing user needs during the pandemic and adding new features. We also had to work with kiosks that posed physical limitations.

To overcome these challenges, we closely studied user profiles, introduced new workflows, and made them flexible. Despite kiosk constraints, we used clever grids to guide users effectively. Clear flight information was always within sight.

Arc Design

Enhancing the Arc System for a Better User Experience

We were dedicated to making the Arc System better. We initially observed that some travelers missed the kiosks, leading to confusion and long lines, while others weren't aware their baggage process was incomplete, causing delays. To enhance user experience, we introduced clear sound signals, improved on-screen instructions for better clarity, and optimized color choices to eliminate confusion. Our goal remains to make users' airport experiences as smooth and efficient as can be.

But our story doesn't stop here. We're on a mission to keep making things better. We've added perks like free checked bags for some lucky passengers and convenient paid baggage options for others. We've listened closely to passengers and fine-tuned our solutions.

We're dedicated to ensuring every traveler's experience remains easy, efficient, and enjoyable, from check-in to baggage drop. Express Baggage isn't just a product; it's a lasting partnership that puts the passenger's needs front and center in every innovation. Now used across more than 7 airports and by 10000+ passengers daily, these kiosks let travelers check-in and leave their bags in less than 5 minutes instead of waiting in lines.

In the year 2023, Pegasus Express Baggage has achieved phenomenal success with 4 million passengers utilizing their services across 8 different airports. Additionally, it's worth noting that Pegasus Express Baggage was honored as the Aviation Technology of the Year by the prestigious Blue Sky Awards in 2022.
